1. Service
SnapMark is a note, todo, reminder, and schedule management app. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups when needed.
2. Account and Data
SnapMark does not require a developer-operated account in the current version. Most content is stored on your device. Optional sync, backup, calendar, and notification features operate only after you enable them.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the app store used on your device, including Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery. Purchase, refund, subscription, and payment rules are also subject to that store's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use SnapMark to violate laws, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with the app or related services.
5. Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will try to avoid disrupting normal use, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every optional integration.

2. 账号与数据

应用内购买由你所使用设备对应的应用商店处理，包括 Apple App Store、Google Play 或华为应用市场。支付、退款、订阅和续费规则同时受对应应用商店条款约束。
4. 使用限制
你不得使用 SnapMark 从事违法行为、侵犯他人权益、传播恶意内容，或干扰应用及相关服务的正常运行。
5. 服务可用性
我们可能对功能进行更新、改进、暂停或下线。我们会尽量避免影响正常使用，但无法保证所有可选集成服务始终不间断可用。
