Welcome to SnapMark. We value your privacy. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the SnapMark iOS & Android app and its public support pages.

2. Information We Process

  • Notes, todos, titles, reminders, and other content you enter are stored primarily on your device.
  • App settings such as theme, language, sync and backup preferences.
  • Backup files you choose to export.

In the current version, we do not maintain a developer-side account system, do not upload personal information to our servers, and do not integrate advertising, tracking, or analytics services.

3. How Data Is Used

Your data is used only to:

  • Save and display your content on your device.
  • Execute reminders, sync, backup, and restore operations you initiate.
  • Improve the in-app display and interaction experience.

4. Sync & Third-Party Services

If you choose to enable sync:

  • On Apple devices, you may use iCloud sync.
  • You may also configure your own WebDAV service for sync.

Data is only sent to the sync destination you choose, and only after you enable the feature.

5. Export & Backup

When you use backup export, the app saves backup files to a location you specify.

6. Permissions

  • Notifications: Used for reminder alerts.
  • Calendar: Only when you enable calendar integration for reminders.
  • File access: Only when you import, export, or select directories.

7. Tracking & Ads

This app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not perform cross-app tracking.

8. Your Control

You may at any time:

  • Delete data within the app.
  • Export backups and retain them yourself.
  • Disable sync, reminders, or other optional features.

9. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (subscriptions or one-time purchase) are processed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions, cancel auto-renewal, or restore purchases in your Apple account settings.

10. Children

If you are a minor, please use this app under parental guidance.

11. Updates

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be communicated through app updates or this page.

  • 执行提醒、同步、备份和恢复等你主动触发的功能。
  • 改善应用内的显示与交互体验。

4. 同步与第三方服务

如果你主动开启同步功能：

  • 在 Apple 设备上，你可以选择使用 iCloud 同步。
  • 你也可以自行配置 WebDAV 服务进行同步。

相关数据只会在你启用对应功能后，发送到你选择的同步目标。

5. 导出与备份

如果你使用备份导出功能，本应用会按你的操作把备份文件保存到本地或分享给你指定的位置。

6. 权限使用

  • 通知权限：用于提醒事项通知。
  • 日历权限：仅当你主动启用系统日历相关能力时使用。
  • 文件访问权限：仅当你主动导入、导出或选择目录时使用。

7. 跟踪与广告

本应用当前不使用第三方广告 SDK，也不进行跨应用跟踪。

8. 你的控制权

你可以随时：

  • 删除应用内数据。
  • 导出备份并自行保留。
  • 关闭同步、提醒等可选能力。

9. 内购与支付

应用内购买（订阅或买断）由 Apple 完成支付与账单管理。你可在 Apple 账户设置中管理订阅、取消自动续费或恢复购买。

10. 未成年人保护

若你是未成年人，请在监护人指导下阅读并使用本应用。

11. 政策更新

我们可能根据产品迭代或法规变化更新本政策，并通过适当方式告知。
