1. How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the subscription page inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

2. How do I cancel a subscription?

Use the subscription management page for the store account used to purchase SnapMark Pro. On iOS, open Apple ID subscriptions in Settings. On HarmonyOS, use Huawei AppGallery or Huawei account subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel auto-renewal.

3. How do I transfer data to a new device?

  • Use the backup export/import feature to migrate.
  • If you have sync enabled, simply connect to the same sync target on the new device.

4. I accidentally deleted something. Can I recover it?

  • Check local snapshots or backup files first.
  • If sync is enabled, verify the remote directory content before restoring.

5. How do I turn off notifications?

You can disable reminders in the app settings, or turn off notification permissions in iOS Settings.

3. 换设备后如何迁移数据?

  • 可通过备份导出 / 导入迁移。
  • 如果你已经开启同步,也可以在新设备上使用同一同步目标。

4. 误删了内容怎么办?

  • 可先检查本机快照或备份文件。
  • 若你启用了同步,请先确认远端目录内容再操作恢复。

5. 通知提醒如何关闭?

可在应用设置中关闭提醒,或在 iOS 系统设置中关闭通知权限。
