1. Service

The App provides ingredient reference times, timers, custom ingredients, meal history, statistics, and recap posters. Times are general references only. Actual doneness depends on ingredient size, pot temperature, altitude, and cooking method; you remain responsible for food safety.

2. User content

You are responsible for text, images, and shared content you add. Do not use the App to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Local content may be lost through device failure or uninstall, so keep your own backup when needed.

3. HotpotMan Pro

HotpotMan Pro is a one-time, non-consumable digital purchase and is not an auto-renewing subscription. Features, price, payment, refund, and restore rules are shown on the purchase page, in the Pro Service Terms, and by the applicable app marketplace.

4. Intellectual property

The App, interface, brand, artwork, copy, and bundled assets are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or use them to build a competing product except where law expressly permits.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change to fix problems, support system updates, or improve the experience. A validly purchased core Pro entitlement will not be arbitrarily removed.

6. Responsibility

The App is a dining aid, not medical, food-safety, or professional cooking advice. To the extent allowed by law, responsibility for loss caused by device failure, system limitations, user operation, ingredient variation, or force majeure is determined by actual fault and applicable law.

8. Platform terms

The iOS version is also governed by Apple’s standard licensed application agreement. The HarmonyOS version is also governed by Huawei account, AppGallery, and IAP Kit rules. For download, payment, or refund services supplied by a platform, that platform’s rules apply.

1. 服务内容

本应用提供火锅食材参考时间、倒计时、自定义食材、用餐历史、统计和分享海报等工具。食材时间仅供日常参考，实际成熟程度会受食材大小、锅温、海拔和烹饪方式影响，用户应结合实际情况判断食品是否安全熟制。

2. 用户内容

用户对其添加的文字、图片和分享内容负责，不得利用本应用制作或传播违法、侵权或有害内容。用户内容主要保存在设备本地，重要内容应自行备份。

3. 火锅侠 Pro

火锅侠 Pro 是非消耗型的一次性买断数字商品，不是自动续费订阅。具体功能、价格、支付、退款和恢复规则以购买页、Pro 服务说明和对应应用市场规则为准。

4. 知识产权

本应用的程序、界面、品牌、图形、文案和内置素材受适用法律保护。未经许可，不得复制、修改、出售、反向分发或用于建立竞争性产品；法律明确允许的情形除外。

5. 可用性与变更

我们会尽力保持应用可用，但不保证服务绝不中断或完全无误。为修复问题、适配系统或改进体验，功能和内容可能更新。已经合法购买的 Pro 核心权益不会被无故取消。

6. 责任边界

本应用是用餐辅助工具，不构成食品安全、医疗或专业烹饪建议。在法律允许范围内，因设备故障、系统限制、用户操作、食材差异或不可抗力造成的损失，应根据实际责任和适用法律处理。

信息处理规则见《火锅侠隐私政策》。

8. 平台条款

通过 Apple App Store 下载的版本还受 Apple 标准许可协议约束；通过华为 AppGallery 下载的版本还受华为账号、应用市场和 IAP Kit 相关规则约束。平台提供的下载、支付和退款服务以平台规则为准。
