This policy explains how HotpotMan (“the App”) processes and protects information.

1. Local-first processing

The App does not require a HotpotMan account and does not include advertising, ad attribution, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. It processes only the information needed for timers, ingredients, history, photos, and purchase entitlements.

2. Information stored on your device

• Ingredient names, reference or custom times, groups, notes, and images you add.
• Dipping-sauce records and photos you choose to capture.
• Timer state, meal history, statistics, and local content used to generate recap posters.
• Language, sound, vibration, icon, and other preferences.
• Pro purchase status returned by the app marketplace.

This core content is not uploaded to a HotpotMan developer server.

3. Permissions and system features

• Camera: requested only when you choose to photograph an ingredient or dipping sauce. Declining does not block core timers, the ingredient library, history, or statistics.
• Vibration: used for enabled touch feedback and ingredient-ready alerts.
• Network: used for Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery purchases, user-initiated version checks, and opening public legal or support pages.
• System share: invoked only when you choose to share a poster or text; you choose the recipient app and content.

4. In-app purchases

Payments, accounts, and orders are processed by Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. The App may receive product IDs, purchase or restore status, and platform order data required to deliver the entitlement. We do not receive your payment password or full card details.

5. Website and version checks

Public pages and version checks use HTTPS to access rgcode.top. Requests do not contain ingredients, photos, meal history, or statistics. Network infrastructure may temporarily process IP address, access time, and browser or network information for transport, security, and troubleshooting; it is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

6. Retention and deletion

Local information remains until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the App. You can remove ingredients and meal history in the App.

7. Your choices

You may revoke camera access in system settings. HarmonyOS users can also choose “Withdraw privacy consent” in the App settings, which clears the consent record and exits the App so a new choice can be made at the next launch.

8. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect children’s information. Minors should use the App and in-app purchases with a guardian.

9. Changes

We will update this policy if features, permissions, SDKs, or processing practices materially change, and will request consent again when required.

本政策说明火锅侠（HotpotMan，以下简称“本应用”）如何处理与保护信息。

1. 本地优先

本应用不要求注册火锅侠账号，不接入广告、广告归因、跨应用跟踪或第三方统计分析 SDK，只处理实现计时、食材管理、历史统计、图片和购买权益所必需的信息。

2. 保存在设备本地的信息

• 食材名称、参考或自定义时间、分组、备注和用户添加的图片。
• 蘸料记录和用户主动拍摄的蘸料照片。
• 计时状态、用餐历史、统计和生成分享海报所需的本地内容。
• 语言、声音、振动、应用图标等偏好设置。
• 应用市场返回的 Pro 购买状态。

上述核心内容不会上传到火锅侠开发者服务器。

3. 权限与系统能力

• 相机：仅在用户主动选择拍摄食材或蘸料照片时申请。拒绝后仍可使用基础计时、食材库、历史和统计。
• 振动：用于用户开启后的操作触感和食材到点提醒。
• 网络：用于 Apple App Store 或华为 AppGallery 的应用内购买、用户主动检查版本，以及打开官网、政策、条款和技术支持页面。
• 系统分享：仅在用户主动分享海报或文字时调用，由用户选择接收应用和内容。

4. 应用内购买

付款、账户和订单处理由 Apple App Store 或华为 AppGallery 提供。本应用可能接收商品 ID、购买/恢复状态以及完成权益发放所需的平台订单信息，但不会获得支付密码或银行卡完整信息。

5. 网站和版本检查

公网页面和版本检查会通过 HTTPS 访问 rgcode.top，请求不包含食材、图片、用餐历史或统计内容。网络基础设施可能为传输、安全防护和故障排查临时处理 IP 地址、访问时间、浏览器或设备网络信息；这些信息不用于广告、用户画像或跨应用跟踪。

6. 保存期限与删除

本地信息会保存到用户删除对应内容、重置应用数据或卸载应用为止。用户可在应用内删除食材和用餐历史。

7. 用户选择

用户可在系统设置中撤回相机权限。HarmonyOS 用户还可在应用设置页选择“撤回隐私同意”，清除同意记录并退出应用，下次启动时重新选择。

8. 未成年人

本应用面向一般用户，不以收集未成年人信息为目的。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本应用和应用内购买功能。

9. 政策更新

如功能、权限、SDK 或信息处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策，并在需要时再次取得同意。
