开始计时需要账号吗？
不需要。从“专注”开始设置中选择倒计时或正计时、时长、可选标签和场景。记录从实际完成的专注产生；应用不会自动判断你是否保持注意力。
Do I need an account to start?
No. From the Focus setup, choose a countdown or stopwatch, duration, optional tag and scene. Records reflect completed sessions; the app does not determine whether you were attentive.
锁屏、切后台或来电会怎样？
计时按时间戳恢复，暂停不计入时长。开启环境声后支持后台播放，但来电或其他音频可能打断，可回到声音面板继续播放；不保证不被系统中断。
What happens when locked, backgrounded or interrupted?
The timer restores from timestamps and excludes paused time. Enabled audio supports background playback, but calls or other audio can interrupt it. Resume from the sound panel; uninterrupted playback is not guaranteed.
声音是自然实录吗？
是。12 种环境声来自 Freesound 的 CC0 公有领域真实录音，使用公开 HQ 试听版，经截取、循环交叉淡化、响度处理与编码后随应用打包。免费版提供 5 种声音，最多混合 3 轨；完整版提供 12 种声音、不限混合，并可保存声音配方。每轨音量可单独调整。
Are the sounds field recordings?
Yes. The 12 ambient sounds are real recordings from Freesound CC0 public-domain works. Public HQ previews are cropped, crossfaded for looping, normalized and encoded before being bundled with the app. The free version includes five sounds and up to three simultaneous tracks. Full access includes unrestricted mixing of 12 sounds and saved sound recipes. Each track has its own volume.
为什么没有收到结束提醒？
先主动开启结束提醒，再检查系统通知权限与系统专注等设置。系统通知可能延后；计时按时间戳计算，不会因为通知延后增加记录时长。拒绝通知不影响计时。
Why did an end reminder not appear?
Enable end reminders and check system notification permission and Focus settings. Notifications may be delayed; timestamps, not notification delivery, determine recorded duration. Declining notifications does not block timing.
如何迁移或导出记录？
从“设置 → 备份与恢复”导出完整 ZIP，在目标设备导入并先查看预览。重复编号保留目标设备的版本；CSV 用于查看与分析，不替代完整 ZIP。没有账号或云同步。
How do I export or transfer records?
Export a full ZIP from Settings → Backup and restore, then import it on the target device after reviewing the preview. Duplicate IDs keep the target device’s version. CSV is for inspection, not a replacement for a full ZIP. There is no account or cloud sync.
会员、购买与恢复
中国大陆常规定价为完整版月付 ¥8／1 个月、年付 ¥28／1 年、永久版 ¥39／一次。月付与年付在同一订阅组内自动续费，提供相同权益；永久版为非消耗型购买，不自动续费。实际币种、价格及活动优惠以购买时的商店确认页为准。免费版有 5 种声音、最多同时混合 3 种；完整版解锁全部场景、12 种声音不限混合、声音配方和月度统计。
iOS 购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理；鸿蒙购买由华为应用内支付处理，并在设备上校验签名购买凭证。应用无需注册账号，没有自建业务后端；应用不会另行把购买凭证发送给开发者服务器。购买、恢复、管理订阅和打开协议链接需要联网。苹果与华为的购买独立，不能跨商店恢复。
换机或重装后，在同一商店登录原购买账号，再从“设置 → 完整版”选择“恢复购买”。恢复有效权益不重复收费，也不会恢复本机专注记录；记录请使用自行导出的备份。
iOS 在“设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅”取消；鸿蒙在“设置 → 华为账号 → 付款与账单 → 订阅”取消。卸载应用或购买永久版不会替你取消已有订阅。取消后，当前已付费期间仍可使用。详见自动续费服务协议与隐私政策；iOS 使用 Apple 标准 EULA，鸿蒙使用鸿蒙版使用条款。
Membership, purchases and restoration
Regular mainland China prices are CNY ¥8 for one month, ¥28 for one year, and ¥39 for lifetime access. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew in one subscription group and provide the same benefits. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase without renewal. The store confirmation at purchase shows the actual local currency, price and any promotion. The free version includes five sounds and up to three simultaneous tracks. Full access unlocks all scenes, unrestricted mixing of 12 sounds, sound recipes and monthly statistics.
Apple App Store and StoreKit handle iOS purchases; Huawei In-App Purchases handles HarmonyOS purchases, with signed purchase data verified on the device. No app account or developer-operated backend is used. The app does not separately send purchase receipts to the developer. Purchases, restoration, subscription management and policy links need a network connection. Apple and Huawei purchases are separate and cannot be restored across stores.
After reinstalling or changing devices, sign in to the original account in the same store, then choose Restore Purchases in Settings → Full version. Restoring valid access does not charge again or recover local focus records. Use your exported backups for records.
On iOS, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On HarmonyOS, use Settings → HUAWEI ID → Payments and purchases → Subscriptions. Uninstalling or purchasing lifetime access does not cancel an existing subscription. Access continues for the paid period after cancellation. See the Auto-Renewal Agreement and Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard EULA applies on iOS; see the HarmonyOS terms for that version.
