1. 适用范围与联系
本政策适用于栗子专注 iOS 与鸿蒙应用（Bundle ID：top.rgcode.forestfocus）及本支持站点。栗子专注由 rgcode（开发者）提供，本政策中的“我们”指 rgcode。支持与隐私联系邮箱为 rgcodesupport@163.com。
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers Chestnut Focus for iOS and HarmonyOS (Bundle ID: top.rgcode.forestfocus) and this support site. Chestnut Focus is provided by rgcode (the developer, referred to as “we” in this policy). Contact rgcodesupport@163.com for support and privacy questions.
2. 无需账号，业务数据在本机
栗子专注不要求注册或登录。专注记录、计时时间戳、标签、声音组合、场景选择和设置在设备本地应用空间处理与保存，不上传到开发者服务器。应用没有内置自动云同步。
购买权益与业务数据分开：恢复购买只恢复已经购买的功能，不找回记录或照片。请在换机、卸载或清理数据前自行导出备份。
2. No account; app data stays local
Chestnut Focus requires no registration or sign-in. Focus records, timer timestamps, tags, sound mixes, scene choices and settings are processed and stored in local app storage, not uploaded to the developer’s servers. There is no built-in automatic cloud sync.
Purchase access and app data are separate. Restore Purchases restores paid access, not records or photos. Export your own backup before changing devices, uninstalling or clearing data.
3. 权限与本机处理
只有你主动开启结束提醒时，应用才请求本地通知权限。拒绝不影响基础计时、历史与导出；可在应用中关闭提醒，或在系统设置中管理通知权限。
环境声播放随应用打包的 12 种真实录音，来自 Freesound 的 CC0 公有领域作品，可在后台或锁屏时继续；应用不会录音，不需要麦克风权限。本应用不为计时请求相机、相册、定位、通讯录或运动与健身权限。
3. Permissions and on-device processing
Local notification permission is requested only when you enable end reminders. Declining does not block basic timing, history or export. Turn reminders off in the app or manage notification permission in system Settings.
Ambient sound plays 12 bundled real recordings from Freesound CC0 public-domain works and can continue in the background or while locked. The app does not record audio or require microphone access. Timing does not request camera, photo-library, location, contacts or Motion & Fitness permission.
4. 导出、备份与外部副本
你主动导出 CSV、ZIP 或恢复备份时，应用使用系统文件或分享界面，保存位置和接收方由你选择。ZIP 包含记录与偏好。
如果你选择其他应用或云盘，交付的文件由对应服务按其规则处理。本机存储不代表不存在由你另行开启的系统备份或导出副本；这些副本需在相应位置单独管理。
4. Exports, backups and external copies
When you export CSV/ZIP or restore a backup, the app uses system file or share interfaces. You choose the destination and recipient. ZIP contains records and preferences.
If you choose another app or cloud drive, that service handles the files under its own rules. Local storage does not rule out system backups you separately enable or copies you export; manage those copies at their destinations.
会员、购买与恢复
中国大陆常规定价为完整版月付 ¥8／1 个月、年付 ¥28／1 年、永久版 ¥39／一次。月付与年付在同一订阅组内自动续费，提供相同权益；永久版为非消耗型购买，不自动续费。实际币种、价格及活动优惠以购买时的商店确认页为准。免费版有 5 种声音、最多同时混合 3 种；完整版解锁全部场景、12 种声音不限混合、声音配方和月度统计。
iOS 购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理；鸿蒙购买由华为应用内支付处理，并在设备上校验签名购买凭证。应用无需注册账号，没有自建业务后端；应用不会另行把购买凭证发送给开发者服务器。购买、恢复、管理订阅和打开协议链接需要联网。苹果与华为的购买独立，不能跨商店恢复。
换机或重装后，在同一商店登录原购买账号，再从“设置 → 完整版”选择“恢复购买”。恢复有效权益不重复收费，也不会恢复本机专注记录；记录请使用自行导出的备份。
iOS 在“设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅”取消；鸿蒙在“设置 → 华为账号 → 付款与账单 → 订阅”取消。卸载应用或购买永久版不会替你取消已有订阅。取消后，当前已付费期间仍可使用。详见自动续费服务协议与隐私政策；iOS 使用 Apple 标准 EULA，鸿蒙使用鸿蒙版使用条款。
Membership, purchases and restoration
Regular mainland China prices are CNY ¥8 for one month, ¥28 for one year, and ¥39 for lifetime access. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew in one subscription group and provide the same benefits. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase without renewal. The store confirmation at purchase shows the actual local currency, price and any promotion. The free version includes five sounds and up to three simultaneous tracks. Full access unlocks all scenes, unrestricted mixing of 12 sounds, sound recipes and monthly statistics.
Apple App Store and StoreKit handle iOS purchases; Huawei In-App Purchases handles HarmonyOS purchases, with signed purchase data verified on the device. No app account or developer-operated backend is used. The app does not separately send purchase receipts to the developer. Purchases, restoration, subscription management and policy links need a network connection. Apple and Huawei purchases are separate and cannot be restored across stores.
After reinstalling or changing devices, sign in to the original account in the same store, then choose Restore Purchases in Settings → Full version. Restoring valid access does not charge again or recover local focus records. Use your exported backups for records.
On iOS, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On HarmonyOS, use Settings → HUAWEI ID → Payments and purchases → Subscriptions. Uninstalling or purchasing lifetime access does not cancel an existing subscription. Access continues for the paid period after cancellation. See the Auto-Renewal Agreement and Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard EULA applies on iOS; see the HarmonyOS terms for that version.
6. 购买状态与本机保存
应用根据商店已校验的交易结果更新权益。鸿蒙版在本机保存签名购买凭证、商品标识、订阅到期时间及权益状态，用于离线判断与恢复校验；不会发送到开发者服务器。系统清理数据或卸载会移除相应本机数据。恢复购买只恢复有效权益，不恢复记录。卸载不会删除商店交易记录，也不会取消订阅。
限免永久版领取完成后，可自愿选择是否前往应用市场评价；不评价不影响已领取权益。应用仅在本机记录邀请是否展示、是否打开评价页，不读取评分、评价内容或评价是否提交。
6. Purchase status and local storage
Verified store transactions determine access. HarmonyOS stores signed purchase receipts, product identifiers, subscription expiry and access status locally for offline checks and restoration; they are not sent to the developer. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes that local data. Restoration recovers valid access, not records. Uninstalling does not delete store transaction records or cancel subscriptions.
After a complimentary lifetime claim is completed, an optional invitation can open AppGallery’s review page. Declining never affects claimed access. Only whether the invitation was shown or the review page was opened is stored locally; the app does not read ratings, review text or submission status.
7. 不进行广告追踪
当前应用代码及直接依赖未接入广告或第三方行为统计 SDK，不进行跨应用广告追踪。iOS 隐私清单声明 NSPrivacyTracking=false，追踪域名列表为空。购买与恢复购买涉及的 Apple 或华为商店通信按上文处理。
本站不加载第三方广告、统计脚本或远程字体，不设置追踪 Cookie；只在浏览器本地存储显示语言。打开 Apple、华为、外部资料或邮件应用后，对应服务按其自身规则处理访问。
7. No advertising tracking
The current app code and direct dependencies do not integrate advertising or third-party behavioral-analytics SDKs or perform cross-app advertising tracking. The iOS manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking=false with no tracking domains. Apple or Huawei store communication for purchases and restoration is handled as described above.
This site loads no third-party ads, analytics scripts or remote fonts and sets no tracking cookies; it stores only your display-language preference in browser local storage. Apple, Huawei, reference websites and mail apps handle visits under their own rules.
8. 管理本机数据与权限
可在记录页删除单条记录，或在“设置 → 备份与恢复”清空全部专注记录。清空记录不会替你删除另存的备份或 商店购买记录。
卸载应用可能删除本机应用数据，请先备份。开发者没有业务数据的服务器副本，不能代为找回；自行导出的文件、系统备份和 相应商店记录需分别管理。可以撤销相应系统权限，基础功能仍受前述免费范围保障。
8. Manage local data and permissions
Delete individual records in history or clear all focus records in Settings → Backup and restore. Clearing records does not delete separately saved backups or store purchase records.
Uninstalling may remove local app data; back up first. The developer has no server copy of app records to recover for you. Manage exports, system backups and the relevant store records separately. Relevant system permissions can be revoked; basic functions remain available within the free scope described above.

9. Support email and policy updates

Changes to features or data handling will be reflected here with a revision date. Apple’s Standard EULA applies on iOS; see the HarmonyOS terms for that version, together with the Auto-Renewal Agreement for subscriptions.
