下载或使用 PhotoMeow HarmonyOS 版，即表示你同意本条款。若你不同意，请停止使用应用。
2. 服务内容
PhotoMeow 提供本机照片与视频浏览、回顾、相册整理、重复内容分析、文件工具和整理记录。它不是云备份服务，也不会替你保存原始媒体副本。
3. 媒体操作与备份
请在移动、删除、压缩或转换重要内容前保留可靠备份。应用会在实际修改系统图库前展示待确认清单，并尽量使用系统“最近删除”等可恢复机制；但设备空间、云同步状态、权限或系统行为可能影响结果。最终操作由你确认并承担责任。
4. 使用许可
在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你个人、有限、不可转让的应用使用许可。你不得出售、出租、恶意破坏应用，或利用应用从事违法、侵权或损害他人权益的活动。
5. PhotoMeow Pro
Pro 是由华为应用市场处理的一次性非消耗型数字商品，不是自动续费订阅。实际价格、币种、税费、付款和退款以 AppGallery 展示及规则为准。已购用户可在购买页恢复购买。
6. 可用性与变更
我们会努力维护应用，但不保证所有设备、系统版本或媒体格式始终可用。为修复问题、适配系统或改进体验，功能可能调整。合法取得的终身 Pro 核心权益不会被任意移除。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，应用按现状提供。对于未备份内容、误操作、系统故障、第三方服务或不可抗力造成的间接损失，我们不承担超出法律强制要求的责任。本条不限制法律不得排除的消费者权利。

HarmonyOS Terms of Use (English)
For iOS users: the PhotoMeow iOS app remains governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. The terms below govern the HarmonyOS app.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PhotoMeow for HarmonyOS, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the app.
2. Service
PhotoMeow provides on-device photo and video browsing, review, album organization, duplicate analysis, file utilities, and organizing records. It is not a cloud backup service and does not keep copies of original media.
3. Media actions and backups
Keep a reliable backup before moving, deleting, compressing, or converting important content. The app presents a confirmation list before modifying the system Gallery and uses recoverable mechanisms such as Recently Deleted where available. Device storage, cloud-sync state, permissions, or system behavior may affect results. You remain responsible for actions you confirm.
4. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not sell, rent, maliciously interfere with, or use it for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
5. PhotoMeow Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable digital purchase processed by Huawei AppGallery, not an auto-renewing subscription. The price, currency, taxes, payment, and refund rules shown by AppGallery apply. Existing customers can restore purchases from the purchase page.
6. Availability and changes
We work to maintain the app but cannot guarantee every device, OS version, or media format will always be supported. Features may change to fix issues, support systems, or improve the experience. A valid lifetime Pro core entitlement will not be arbitrarily removed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. We are not liable beyond mandatory law for indirect loss caused by unbacked-up content, user error, system failure, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
