简要说明：相册喵选的照片整理与分析完全在设备上完成。我们不要求账号，不运营用于接收照片或提供内容服务的后端，也不收集、上传、出售或共享你的照片、视频、整理记录或设备标识。
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 rgcode 提供的相册喵选（国际名称“PhotoMeow”）iOS 与 HarmonyOS 应用。它说明应用如何使用照片权限、本地存储和平台购买服务。
2. 我们不收集的数据
应用不包含账号系统、广告 SDK、分析 SDK、推送营销、远程数据库或跨 App 跟踪。我们不会接收你的照片、视频、相册名称、整理决定、位置、联系人、设备标识或购买凭证。
3. 照片权限与本机处理
当你授权照片访问后，应用使用 iOS PhotoKit 或 HarmonyOS 系统媒体库接口，在设备上读取授权范围内的照片和视频，生成缩略图、查找完全重复内容、统计照片库以及执行你明确确认的相册或删除操作。原始照片不会发送给 rgcode。你可随时在系统设置的 PhotoMeow 权限页面调整访问。
4. 本地数据
整理进度、待确认操作、偏好设置、分析缓存和 Pro 权益缓存保存在应用沙盒内。卸载应用通常会删除这些应用数据；照片图库中的原始项目不随应用卸载而删除。你也可使用应用内的数据管理功能清除记录。
5. 删除与恢复
相册喵选只有在你最终确认后才请求系统删除照片。被删除的项目通常进入系统图库的“最近删除”，其保留期限和恢复能力由操作系统决定。请在操作前保留你需要的备份。
6. App 内购买与外部链接
相册喵选 Pro 是一次性非消耗型 App 内购买。付款、购买历史、退款和平台账号验证由 Apple App Store 或华为应用市场处理。应用通过 StoreKit 或 AppGallery IAP 获取商品状态和当前账户的有效权益；rgcode 不接收你的支付卡、支付密码或完整平台账号信息。照片整理本身无需联网；购买、恢复购买以及用户主动打开外部支持页面时，会连接相应平台或网站。
7. 儿童隐私
应用不面向儿童收集个人数据，也没有用户生成内容、公开社交或行为广告。
8. 安全与政策更新
本机处理显著减少网络暴露，但任何设备都无法保证绝对安全。若应用的数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会在应用更新和本页面中说明，并更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English)
In short: PhotoMeow processes and organizes media entirely on device. It requires no account, operates no backend that receives photos or serves app content, and does not collect, upload, sell, or share photos, videos, organizing history, or device identifiers.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the PhotoMeow iOS and HarmonyOS apps provided by rgcode and explains their use of media permissions, on-device storage, and platform purchase services.
2. Data we do not collect
The app contains no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, marketing push service, remote database, or cross-app tracking. We do not receive your media, album names, organizing decisions, location, contacts, device identifiers, or payment credentials.
3. Photo access and on-device processing
After you grant media access, PhotoMeow uses iOS PhotoKit or the HarmonyOS system media library on your device to display authorized media, create thumbnails, find exact duplicates, analyze the library, and perform album or deletion actions you explicitly confirm. Originals are never sent to rgcode. You may change access in system Settings at any time.
4. Local storage
Progress, pending actions, preferences, analysis caches, and a Pro entitlement cache remain in the app sandbox. Uninstalling the app generally removes this app data, but does not delete originals from Apple Photos.
5. Deletion and recovery
PhotoMeow requests deletion only after final confirmation. Deleted items normally enter the system Gallery’s Recently Deleted area; retention and recovery are controlled by the operating system. Keep appropriate backups.
6. In-app purchases and external links
PhotoMeow Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery handles payment, purchase history, refunds, and platform-account verification. StoreKit or AppGallery IAP supplies product and entitlement status; rgcode does not receive card details, payment passwords, or full platform-account credentials. Photo organization itself does not require a connection; purchasing, restoring purchases, and opening user-requested support pages connect to the relevant platform or website.
7. Children, security, and changes
The app does not collect personal data from children and has no public social features or behavioral advertising. On-device processing reduces network exposure but no device is absolutely secure. Material changes will be disclosed in an app update and on this page.
